康明斯柴油發動機發電機組運行中突然停機熄火的故障分析與排除

　　發動機在運轉中突然熄火是指發動機工作時，在未松開油門的情況下，非駕駛員操作因素而急速熄火，熄火后不能再起動的現象。該現象一般為機械故障所致。

　　⑴ 原因

　　① 噴油泵驅動齒斷、傳動齒輪故障。

　　② 噴油泵軸斷。

　　③ 發動機內部運動件卡死。

　　④ 噴油泵操縱拉桿及連接銷脫落。

　　⑵ 診斷與處理方法

　　柴油機運轉中突然熄火主要是由噴油泵斷油故障引起的，其次才是發動機內部卡死所致。當遇到此現象時，首先檢查噴油泵是否轉動和供油。

　　① 用起動機帶動發動機，若能正常轉動，觀察噴油泵凸輪軸是否轉動，若轉動正常，說明噴油泵有故障。應檢查操縱機構的工作是否正常。可扳動油門桿件查看操縱臂、操縱軸的聯接是否良好。

　　② 如果噴油泵凸輪軸不轉動，則是凸輪軸齒輪緊固螺栓松脫、凸輪軸斷或齒輪室中的齒輪故障。

　　③ 若起動機帶動發動機不能運轉，則說明是發動機內部故障。如活塞與氣缸之間卡死，曲軸與軸承咬死，噴油泵柱塞卡死及配氣機構的機械故障等。在正常情況下先應打開氣門室罩檢查。如果運行中從儀表上反映機油壓力過低或溫度過高，則需直接針對具體情況進行檢修。

　　發動機在油門不松開的情況下緩慢熄火，一般是由供油不及時或供油中斷引起的。其表現為發動機運轉中漸漸無力，最后自動熄火。

　　⑴原因

　　① 油箱內柴油用盡。

　　② 油箱蓋通氣閥門堵塞。

　　③ 燃油濾清器或油水分離器堵塞。

　　④ 供油管路斷裂或滲入較多空氣。

　　⑤ 輸油泵不工作。

　　⑥ 油箱中有水。

　　⑵ 診斷與處理方法,

　　① 首先檢查油箱是否有油、油箱蓋通氣閥門是否暢通。

　　② 擰松噴油泵放氣螺釘，用手油泵泵油，觀察放氣螺釘處的流油情況。若無油流出即是油路堵塞，應逐段檢查、排除。若柴油以噴柱形狀射出，則說明油路暢通。若放氣螺釘處有氣泡冒出，則是管路中進入空氣，應查明油管各接頭是否擰緊、管路有無裂紋或磨穿，并排除所發現的問題。

　　③若油流中無氣泡，可將手油泵回位固定，使用起動機帶動發動機轉動泵油，若仍無油流出，說明輸油泵有故障。
